Katheryn Katheryn Suzy SuzyKatheryn Winnick is a Canadian actress, producer and director. She starred on the critically acclaimed and Emmy-winning television series Vikings which was produced by MGM, The History Channel as well as won a variety of awards. As well as her principal character on Vikings, an episode directed by Winnick debuted in 2020. Entertainment Weekly said that "Lagertha" was the "most interesting female character in the world of television." Her role as the tough shieldmaiden has brought her remarkable awards including an Women's Image Network award for the top Actress in a Drama Series in the year 2018, an award nomination for a Critic's Choice Award in the category of Best supporting Actress in an Drama Series, an award nomination for the Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Performance of a Lead Actress in a Dramatic Actress (2014) and The Best Actress in the Drama Series through the Women's Image Network nominations in 2014, 2015 in 2016 and 2014, and an Golden Maple Award nomination for the Best Actress in the field of TV Series. Katheryn also received the Serendipity Film Award of Excellence in 2015's Banff World Media Festival 2015. Apart from these high-profile nominations, Katheryn was awarded the Serendipity Film's Award for Excellence from the Banff World Media Festival in 2015.
